Out of hours - we will do our best to deal with your booking, however this will be at our discretion. If nott, we will deal with your query the next working day. No calls Sunday please.
Consultation - many treatments require this. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for this. Even if you are a tegular client.
As we allocate our time specifically for you, we kindly ask that you would give us 24 hours notice(within opening hours) to cancel or reschedule appointment or change the treatment you want. Regrettably a charge will incur if not respected. No shows may have full charges applied
We regret no responsibility can be accepted by the beauty rooms for the safety of valuables. Please keep with you or leave at home.
Please make known any medical conditions that we should be aware of at the time of booking. If you are pregnant, please let us know and we will be happy to advise you of the treatments we can offer you at this special time.
Should you arrive late for your treatment, we will do our best to honor your full treatment, however it may be necessary to shorten or cancel your appointment or rearrange for the consideration of client after you. Regrettably full payment may be required even if treatment not received due to our time allocated to u . Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment.
Children are welcome at the beauty rooms but please respect that this is a relaxing environment for you and other clients. Children must be kept with u at all times in salon or with an adult you have brought. We may be able to accommodate you at a time when no one else is in the salon. Please ask when booking. Please also let us know each time you book and want to bring your children so we ensure we get a mutually beneficial time for u and any other clients who may be in treatment .
We endeavor to keep the beauty rooms as a relaxing retreat for our clients. We therefore request all mobiles and electronic devises are switched off or on silent and not used whilst in the beauty rooms.
Vouchers are available for any monetary value or beauty treatment. These can be purchased at reception, ultimately solving the 'what to buy' dilemma for that special occasion. Vouchers can be exchanged for treatments or products.
Must be booked and treatment had within allocated time, as refusal can offend.
Vouchers cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Treatment stated on voucher cannot be changed to another treatment, unless salon owner allows it.
